1. General Shipping Information

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for domestic and international shipments. All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email or your customer account. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen events. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier.

2. Custom Orders (Metal Fabrication and 3D Prints)

For custom projects, shipping is quoted upon completion of the fabrication process to ensure accuracy based on the final weight, dimensions, and packaging requirements.

Payment and Shipment: Shipping fees must be paid in full before dispatch. We aim to ship within 3-5 business days after payment.
