We are committed to quality craftsmanship in all our services, including laser cutting, laser CNC machining, laser welding, laser rust removal, metal fabrication, custom metal works, and 3D prints.

1. Custom Orders (Metal Fabrication and 3D Prints)

Custom orders, including bespoke metal fabrication and 3D printed items, are tailored to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of defects in workmanship or materials attributable to us.

  • No Returns or Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun or supplies have been ordered.
  • Defects and Remedies: If you receive a custom item with a defect (e.g., manufacturing error or substandard workmanship), notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will inspect the item and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the order (excluding shipping costs). You must provide photos or return the item for evaluation. We cover return shipping only if the defect is confirmed.
  • Non-Defective Issues: Variations in color, texture, or minor imperfections inherent to metalworking or 3D printing processes do not qualify as defects. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs or specifications.

2. Online Store Purchases

For ready-made items purchased from our online product shop, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns for change of mind or sizing issues are accepted within 14 days.
  • Return Process: Contact us to initiate a return. You must ship the item back at your expense using a trackable method. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
  • Exceptions for Defects: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized shop items, digital downloads, and clearance sale products are non-returnable.

3. Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • We do not refund shipping, handling, or taxes unless the return is due to our error.
  • In all cases, proof of purchase is required.
